Dear brothers,

Next year we will celebrate the solemn Jubilee of 2025, a time of “grace” for all of us.

The Jubilee Year will be inaugurated with the Opening of the Holy Door of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome on 24 December 2024 and will end with its Closing on 24 December 2025.

During the year many events will take place in Rome which will involve millions of faithful (see the official website of the Jubilee www.iubilaeum2025.va)

Registrations for the various events are open on the same official website and soon registrations will also be open for the Youth Jubilee Groups, with procedures similar to those for the WYD.

The Walk, in addition to ordinary participation in the various events, will actively contribute in particular to the realization of the following meetings:

• Jubilee of Families, through:
  • the animation of a square in Rome (in the process of being defined) on the morning of May 31st to which the brothers of the communities of Italy are invited and, in particular, of Rome, Lazio and the neighbouring regions;
  • a Symphonic/Catechetical Concert, performed by the Symphonic Orchestra of the Neocatechumenal Way (date and location to be confirmed/defined);
• Jubilee of Movements, Associations and New Communities, contributing to the realization of the meeting with the Holy Father on the afternoon of June 7 in St. Peter's Square (the day before Pentecost Sunday, when the Holy Father will celebrate the Eucharist in the morning). Brothers from the communities of Rome, Lazio and neighboring regions are invited to participate in this meeting.
• Jubilee of Youth, to which the Youth of the Way from all over the World are invited, through:
  • participation in the Vigil with the Holy Father on August 2nd and in the Eucharist presided over by him on the following day (Sunday August 3rd) at the Tor Vergata Area.
  • Vocational Meeting with Kiko, Father Mario and Ascensión on Monday 4th August. We will provide more information later.

In relation to the Jubilee of Youth, everything regarding accommodation in parishes, gyms, religious centers, etc. will be made available to the official organization of the Jubilee; groups requesting accommodation must therefore request it with the official registration for the Youth Jubilee.

For hotels, you need to organize yourself or through travel agencies.

As regards brothers coming from nations requiring entry visas, we invite you to follow as soon as possible the procedure prepared by the Jubilee Organization as indicated on the official Jubilee website. https://www.iubilaeum2025.va/it/pellegrinaggio/visto-pellegrini.html.

For registration at the Vocational Meeting of the Way, some information is required, according to the methods established by the organization (number of participants, means of transport and parking requirements, the bishops who come with you, etc.), the Neocatechumenal Center of Rome is preparing on this site ((www.iubilaeum2025cnc.it), the ability to register your own group.

On this site, in addition to finding operational information regarding the meetings as we have them, you can also register for other events of the Way as well as request availability to visit some Churches and Seminaries (in Rome or on the route to reach it) particularly relevant to the Way, and to book spaces for liturgies and meetings in the available Parishes/Structures.

We entrust ourselves to the Virgin "Salus Populi Romani”, to help us do the Will of God, accompany us in this Jubilee 2025 and inspire vocations among our young people. Pray for us.
