5. Methods and scope of processing
   The personal data collected through the Portal are processed in compliance with EU Regulation no. 679/2016, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, as well as the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 10 June 2021, no. 231.    The subjects to whom the personal data collected through the Portal refer have the right to access their personal data, to request their rectification, updating and cancellation. It is also possible to request the limitation of the processing and the portability of the data.
