How to ask for support?
To be able to ask for support you must be registered to the site.
If you have any questions or need assistance, once you are logged in, you can open a support “Ticket” and assistance will be provided.
- Log in
- enter the "Reserved Area" in the top right menu
- choose “Help Desk”
- choose “Open a Ticket”
- Fill in the required fields with the question or support request you want to submit
- choose “Send”
You can then consult your Tickets by following the path “Reserved Area”, “Help Desk” and choosing “Consult your Tickets”
