- INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the website www.iubilaeum2025cnc.it (hereinafter “Portal”).
Below you will find information on how we collect, use and transfer the Personal Data of the user (hereinafter “User”), that is, all information that can be used to identify or contact the User.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but refer to resources external to the Portal's domain.

The Personal Data subject to processing will consist of data suitable to make the User identified or identifiable. In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Portal are the following:

- TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
a. Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Portal acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User that connect to the Portal, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Portal and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Portal or third parties.
b. Data provided voluntarily by the User
When using particular services, the User may be asked to provide additional Personal Data such as name, surname and email address that the User will voluntarily provide if he or she wishes to use such services.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses of the Portal, the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the Portal, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be published on the pages of the Portal set up for the provision of certain services or for participation in specific initiatives.
3. LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA
The information we collect mostly comes directly from the User: it has been provided to us voluntarily or has been necessary for the provision of our services.
The provision of Personal Data, which is used exclusively for the purposes listed in point 2. c., is optional.
4. PURPOSE AND METHODS OF TREATMENT
The processing of the User's Personal Data, subject to specific consent, where necessary, has the following purposes:
a. allow navigation and consultation of the Portal and its contents;

c. ensure the conservation, security and custody of data;
d. comply with legal obligations;

The FFNRM will not process the information provided by the User for purposes other than those explicitly indicated above.
Furthermore, FFNRM will not make automated decisions based on the information provided.
All Personal Data collected are processed with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve exclusively the purposes indicated above and in a way that guarantees the integrity, confidentiality and security of the same.
5. DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal Data may be communicated by FFNRM to other public and private entities solely by virtue of the law, regulation and/or related order of the Judicial Authority.
The Personal Data collected are processed by expressly authorized personnel (FFNRM employees or third parties in charge of maintenance and development services of the systems used for the computerized management of Personal Data as well as third parties who manage network traffic) exclusively for purposes related to the exercise of their functions. They act on the basis of specific instructions provided in order to the purposes and methods of the processing itself in compliance with the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data themselves and in relation to the services for which they are responsible.
6. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING SYSTEMS
The Portal uses its own technical session cookies (not persistent) strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the Portal. The Portal does not use third-party cookies for data analysis.

7. DATA STORAGE, SECURITY AND CUSTODY
The FFNRM retains the Personal Data collected, in an accurate, complete and updated manner, as long as these are necessary for the provision of the services to which the Personal Data are related.
Specifically, with regard to the newsletter, Personal Data is retained for the duration of the subscription to the same.
Only navigation data will be stored for a period of 12 months to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Portal or third parties in the event of a request by the competent Police Authorities.
We can assure you that all necessary steps have been taken to guarantee the User the security of the Personal Data once it has been collected, through the use of computer systems with limited access and the use of protected storage solutions in accordance with the security standards provided for the security measures indicated by best practices.
The FFNRM adopts specific security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
8. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The users to whom the Personal Data refers, in their capacity as interested parties, may at any time exercise:
– the right to access or have a copy of the Personal Data, allowing you to know the type of Personal Data of the User processed by the FFNRM and the characteristics of the processing that is performed;
– the right to request the rectification of Personal Data in the event of omissions or errors;
– the cancellation or limitation of processing;
– the right to object to processing.
The interested party also has the right to withdraw/revoke his/her consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation/withdrawal.
9. HOW TO EXERCISE THE INTERESTED PARTY'S RIGHTS AND UNSUBSCRIBE TO OPTIONAL SERVICES
To exercise the rights referred to in point 8, the interested party may contact the FFNRM by sending an email to rpd@iubilaeum2025cnc.it with the subject “PERSONAL DATA”.
10. MODIFICATIONS
This privacy policy will automatically incorporate any regulatory changes that may occur in this matter. The FFNRM reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to update its content; it is the User's responsibility to periodically check for any changes.
If this policy is subject to acceptance, in the event of modification it will be subject to new acceptance by the User.
