Catechumenium FOUNDATION OF ST. PIUS X

The Catecumenium is a place of welcome with community-sized spaces, which has a hall that can hold up to 300 people. It is located in a strategic area on the outskirts of Padua, near the city's management offices near the motorway - exit Pd Est, it has a large reserved parking lot, easily accessible.

The San Pio X Foundation began construction of the structure in 2012, designed by the architect Mattia Del Prete of Rome. This multifunctional center hosts hundreds of brothers of the community from all the parishes where the Way is present every week, to celebrate the Eucharist or for the liturgy of the word, or for catechetical meetings, especially during the Lenten and Easter periods, and is frequented by other associations or movements that request the use of the rooms for prayer meetings.

The Catecumenium is guarded by a group of volunteers who guarantee a continuous presence to welcome those who wish to visit the structure or celebrate the Eucharist. On the ground floor there is a small chapel where a relic of Saint John Paul II, protector of the structure to which it is entrusted, is kept.

The brothers of the Way will welcome you and accompany you on a visit to the place and will lead you to the hall on the first floor where you can have your meeting.
