Parish of St. John the Baptist in Horseshoe

If you are coming from the North on your way to Rome, a place particularly dear to the Neocatechumenal Way is the Parish of San Giovanni Battista in Ferro di Cavallo.
The Church has an octagonal shape, referring to the “Lord’s day” (Sunday) and this shape allows the assembly to be arranged around the large central altar; in 2006, taking advantage of the shape of the Church, Kiko and his collaborators painted here a wonderful Mysterious Crown with a Christ Pantocrator of rare beauty.
The brothers of the Way will welcome you and accompany you on your visit.
